The 2nd annual Eugene Dupuch Distinguished Lecture was held on Thursday, January 28, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. at the British Colonial Hilton. The address was delivered by the Hon. Justice Adrian Saunders, Judge of the Caribbean Court of Justice on the topic "The Relevance of the Privy Council in Post Independent West Indian Nation States".
